How should I do if I want to cancel or change the room I have booked?

You should contact with Anandi.vn via email support@anandi.vn or the switchboard +84 511 3987 811 to cancel or change a reservation.

Cancellation/ change fees = cancellation / change fee of a hotel + transaction processing fee of Anandi.vn.

The cancellation / change fee of the hotel: the fee is calculated based on the cancellation conditions. Transaction processing fee rates of Anandi.vn are calculated as 10% of the total value of service reservations.

Cancellation/change conditions of a hotel are shown in the confirmation notes that we send to you. In addition, in case customers cancel a reservation and Anandi.vn repays to guests, the transfer fee will be borne on the customer. If the customer go directly to the office to get a refund, there will be no transfer fee.

Note: For the form of making a reservation under the promotional coupons / Deals with good prices, cancellation policy will be working under separate policies.

How can I book hotels?

There are 2 simple ways for booking a hotel:

  • The 1st way: you call +84 511 3987 811 and our operator will support you to make the reservation.
  • The 2nd way: you can visit the website www.Anandi.vn, and follow these steps:
    • Step 1: Choose the city, check-in date, check-out date, room quantity, guest quantity. From Anandi.vn search box, you choose the city you want to take a visit, check-in date and check-out date. Then click the Search button.
    • Step 2: You select a hotel from the list of hotels shown in the screen of search results.
    • Step 3: At the reservation tab in the detailed information section, select the room quantity corresponding to the room type you want to book. Then click the Book Now button.
    • Step 4: In the monitor of Details of Booking, you fill in completely the booking information, contact information, and the method of payment that you have intention of paying for the booked room.

After completing step 4, Anandi.vn system will automatically send you an email about the booking information which summarize all the information on your room reservation. Anandi.vn will respond to your request within eight working hours.

If you select the form of payment by bank transfer, the Anandi staff will call you back to confirm the hotel booking within 30 minutes since your booking.

Also, in case you are abroad, or unable to contact by phone or in case you make a reservation through the website, you can send an email to care@Anandi.vn with requests for details of booking.

In what way can I know whether hotel rooms are able to meet my special needs?

Please refer to the description of hotels to know the specific needs or contact directly with the hotel. We cannot guarantee there are available rooms with the special offers that you require.

I am not satisfied with the quality of services of Anandi.vn. With whom can I reflect this? In what way?

How many payment methods does Anandi.vn provide?

1. Payment by bank transfer: the client will transfer to the account of the Finger Vietnam Tourism Company Limited or an account administered by Anandi.vn which is provided by Anandi.

2. Online payment through the payment gateway of Onepay: Anandi supports customer in payments with the card (a transaction fee will be levied on each transaction payments by cards). Accepted payment cards in Anandi.vn:

  • Visa credit card.
  • Master Credit card.
  • ATM card.

In what way do I know whether my room has been booked at the hotel yet?

After you complete the payment for Anandi.vn, Anandi.vn will provide you with a booking code at the hotel and the hotel's phone number, you only need make a phone call for the hotel and read the booking code or your name as well as the check-in date and check-out date. The hotel will confirm for you about the reservation of Anandi.vn.

Can I specify special requests like connecting rooms, types of bed, non-smoking rooms, express check-in?

Can I book a room by phone?

What is the difference between reservations through Anandi.vn and direct reservations in hotels?

How can I make a reservation for a different person?

You can book a room for the family, friends and agencies.

I do not want to book rooms on the Internet/online. In that case what should I do?

In case of urgent needs of rooms, what should I do?

In case of needing rooms urgently (within 48 hours), you should call directly to Hotline + 84 5113 987 811 at working time.

Is my credit card information confidential?

Anandi.vn pays a serious attention to the security and protection of your credit card information. If you suspect that there are unauthorized transactions on the credit cards or debit cards, you should contact to the bank/the company providing credit cards immediately to validate the transactions. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy.

What should I do if I do not receive the confirmation email after booking?

Usually the confirmation email is sent within 15 minutes after booking. But sometimes it can take a few hours for you to receive a confirmation email due to objective reasons of the network. You may need to add this site to your list of "allowed" senders to receive confirmation emails and information regarding the reservation in the future.

Will I still be charged the same price if I change a booking request?

The room price and the quantity of existing rooms can change hourly, so that the price can be different from your original booking price.

What is Anandi.vn cancellation policy?

Each hotel has a change and cancellation policy of their own and Anandi.vn are required to announce this policy. We provide this policy to each hotel at some spots on the site. The easiest way to find this policy is on the "Description" of each hotel after you have entered your travel date. You can also search the change and cancellation policy during the booking and in your confirmation email. To offer the most competitive prices, some requests may not be refunded. If you have a booking with no refund rates, you will not be well qualified for a refund in case of cancellation. If there are special cases, please refer to your travel insurance policy.

If you need to change after booking, you can view the policy change and cancellation of the hotel in their confirmation email.

In what way do I find the changes and the cancellation policy of the hotel after booking?

How can I check with hotels to make sure whether my room has been booked?

Anandi.vn will send you a confirmation email immediately after completing your reservation. Usually you will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. However it may take up to several hours for you to receive a confirmation email. You should check all spam emails to ensure your confirmation email not blocked. You may need to add this site to your list of "allowed" senders to receive confirmation emails and information regarding the reservation in the future.

I cancelled my requirement of hotel reservations. When will I get a refund?

In case according to the cancellation policy, your reservation belongs to a refund case when cancelling, you will be refunded after deducting the related costs such as cancellation/change fee of the hotel and the transaction processing fee of Anandi.vn. Details as following:

30 days or less since booking cancellation or on your next billing cycle. If you don't see the money refunded after 30 days, please call the customer care staff for support.

Will I be charged a night's stay if I do not book rooms or arrive late?

You may be charged a penalty depending on the hotel cancellation policy. We recommend that you check the policy of cancellation and late. Note: If guests do not inform hotels in advance about late arrival, guests' booked rooms may be cancelled.
